Data controller
Rolly Vet Care (company in the process of incorporation in Switzerland, see the legal notice) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected via this site.
Contact: contact@hellorolly.com
Data we collect
- Contact form: first name, work email, phone number (optional) and the practice-management software you currently use.
- Demo booking: if you book a slot, your details (name, email, chosen slot) are collected through the scheduling service Cal.com.
- Audience measurement: anonymous, aggregated browsing statistics (see the cookies section below).
- Acquisition source: on your first visit we record where the visit came from (UTM parameters of the link you clicked, or the referring site) in your browser's session storage, so we know which channels bring demo requests. This information is deleted when you close the tab.
No data is used for targeted advertising, and none is ever sold to third parties.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests and organizing demonstrations: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up on them.
- Anonymous audience measurement and acquisition-source statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
- Google Analytics (cookies): exclusively your consent, given via the banner and revocable at any time.
Recipients and processors
Data collected via this site is processed by service providers acting on our behalf:

Data in the HelloRolly application
This policy covers the hellorolly.com showcase site. The data that client clinics manage in the HelloRolly application (app.hellorolly.com), including medical records, is hosted in Switzerland, encrypted in transit and at rest, and governed by the contract entered into with each clinic. Clinical data is never used to train third-party AI models, and the AI Scribe's audio is processed in real time and never stored.

- Prospect data (forms, demo requests): up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser until you change or clear it.
- Acquisition source: deleted when the browser tab is closed.
- Google Analytics cookies: maximum lifetime of 24 months.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, the right to restrict or object to its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). To exercise these rights, write to contact@hellorolly.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Cookies and audience measurement
By default, this site does not set any tracking cookies. We distinguish:
- Anonymous audience measurement (Vercel Analytics): cookieless, always active, with no personally identifiable data.
- Google Analytics: sets cookies (
_ga,_ga_*, maximum duration 24 months) and is only enabled after your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit.
You can refuse this, or change your choice at any time, via the « Manage cookies » link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, without third-party cookies.
Local storage in your browser
Besides cookies, the site stores a small amount of technical information in your browser: your cookie-consent choice and your preferred pricing currency (CHF/EUR) in local storage, and the acquisition source described above in session storage. This information stays on your device and is not used to identify you.
