Like every publisher of professional software, we show prices excluding VAT. HelloRolly currently falls under the French VAT exemption for small businesses (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): our invoices carry no VAT, so the amount you pay is the amount displayed. Should that regime cease to apply, the VAT in force will be added to the displayed prices, and businesses registered for it reclaim it.
Yes. Your clinic’s data is hosted in the European Union (Paris), encrypted at rest and in transit, and processed in accordance with the European GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Your clinical data is never used to train third-party AI models: processing goes through providers under professional contracts that neither retain it nor train on it. The audio of a dictation is deleted as soon as transcription is complete; the transcript is kept for 90 days by default, a period the clinic can adjust.
