Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Rolly Vet Care and its customers for the use of Rolly, a veterinary practice management system (PMS) provided as SaaS.

Subscription

Access to Rolly is offered as a monthly subscription per veterinarian. The details of plans and pricing are available on the Pricing page of our site. Prices are shown in CHF, excluding VAT where applicable.

Trial period and guarantee

Rolly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription. During this period, the customer may cancel free of charge and obtain a full refund.

Cancellation

The subscription has no commitment. The customer may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for the current month after the guarantee period.

Service availability

Rolly Vet Care undertakes to ensure optimal service availability. In the event of planned maintenance, customers will be notified in advance. Rolly Vet Care cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control.

Data

The customer's data remains their exclusive property. Upon cancellation, the customer may request the export of all of their data in a standard format. Rolly Vet Care undertakes to delete the customer's data within 90 days of cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Switzerland.
